Senior UI/UX developer and software engineer crafting thoughtful digital experiences.

I'm Ronneil Nesbitt, a senior UI/UX developer and software engineer based in New York.

Orinignally from Trinidad & Tobago where I grew up, received most of my education, culture & found my love for technology.

With over seventeen years of development experience, I've been delivering high quality, user focused solutions to clients in the healthcare & corporate field. I bring a wealth of knowledge from software engineering, user interaction design, visual designing and user interface development backgrounds. All this combined with a passion for providing high fidelity, intuitive and easy to use software for end users.

I drive to create elegant & intuitive designs. I love solving user problems & building human centered experiences while still bringing aesthetics & artistry to technology.

As a cofounder of OpenSponsorship, I've spent the last ten years leading a small tech team—establishing development processes that shape how we plan, build, review, and ship software, from sprint planning and code standards through deployment and continuous improvement.

I'm in love with my camera & constantly snapping photos to capture the memories & beauty in my life. Music keeps my heart beating & I can never get enough. I grew up being exposed to & learning music at church and my love for it has grown everyday. I enjoy travelling, exploring, flying, good food, film & television.
